In 2012 MammothBooth! was born by its founder, Jesse David Green. Jesse was a Wedding Photographer and saw a gap in the photo booth industry. He kept seeing wedding guests get tiny, terrible quality prints that ended up getting left behind on tables and knew people could get photo booth photos that looked like a professional photographer took them!
Jesse and his crew grew MammothBooth! for the next four years until Jesse was ready to pursue his next venture (Handcar.co). Jesse wanted to leave MammothBooth! in the hands of someone he trusted to carry the torch.
After some searching Jesse finally found someone who would be a great to buy MammothBooth!
Jesse found a loosely connected friend, Bill Hamway had started a photo booth company called BoothBooth two years ago and was doing great things!
After a phone call discussing the opportunity Bill wasn't sold. He was growing his photo booth company and wasn't sure viability of purchasing another photo booth business—so he said no (for now).
Fast forward a few months and Bill gets a call from Jesse... Jesse said that their last photo booth was stolen from one of his team members cars last night.
Jesse was really eager to shift gears into launching Handcar while wrapping up his career as a Wedding Photographer.
After some talking, Bill and Jesse reach an agreement... Bill will buy MammothBooth!
The acquisition took place on {DATE}.
BoothBooth and MammothBooth! merged into Mammoth! Party on {DATE}.
Acquired Flassh Photo Booth Software on {DATE} May, 2019 to build the custom photo booth tools that we need to lead our industry in instant photo experiences.
Bill's vision for Mammoth! Party has been to grow to more than just a photo booth company. We've been expanding and launching new services and products.
